Our 2015 LeeBoy 8510C paver is a new addition to our equipment line up enabling us to pave your parking lots, greenways and neighborhood roads with precision and ease. We are also proud to own a Vogele Stretch 20, which allows us to bring your privately owned, HOA roads up to stringent NCDOT standards.

Grading.
Every project is only as good as the foundation it is developed upon! Our grading crews will ensure all earth moving is laser accurate and expertly stabilized to optimize the longevity of the horizontal and vertical construction it's basing. We have a qualified, professional staff that will be tailored to handle all aspects of site work beginning with estimating and continuing through project management and construction phasing. Additionally, we have staff who are Level II: Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Managers.
Utilities.
Our general contractor's license includes public utilities. We are pleased to be able to provide all of your underground construction as well. Stormwater, sewer and fire system piping will be expertly measured and installed according to all local and NFPA guidelines and certifications.
Milling.
A majority of rehab projects initially require removal of deteriorated materials in order that new asphalt perfectly aligns with existing curb and gutter. We are one of the few, fortunate construction companies to own a Bomag Cold Planer Milling Machine for these purposes. The discarded product, "millings", are recycled at certain plants in the area and reused when possible. One of the ways we strive to Go Green!
Drone Technology.
We are one of the only sitework development contractors to deploy our own drone to capture images and video of your project, as it progresses. Free of charge!
Building Outside the Box.
State Contracting is capable of handling all your site work needs, including the most demanding of projects because of our ability to self-perform all facets of site work construction. Unlike most smaller site contractors, we do our own paving. This gives us the advantage of being able to manage scheduling. Additionally, we are owner operated...you will not get a project manager resolving issues as they arise. You'll deal with folks that have a vested interest in finding solutions at all times.
